This dish is our take on the traditional Italian scaloppini dish. Chicken Marsala was a very popular dish in the 19th century and has been a family favorite since then. It’s prepared by cooking boneless chicken breast in a rich cream sauce with mushrooms it's served alongside boiled rice and sautéed green beans.
